The FOCC fully automatic optical cable stripping machine uses electrical control and is designed to automatically strip the 900-micron tight cladding and 250-micron coating of single-core and dual-core optical fibers. Place the tight-clad fiber in the stripping slot and press the foot pedal to initiate stripping. The fiber clamping cylinder and heated stripping blade cylinder close. After an adjustable heating period of 3-10 seconds, the stripping and pulling cylinders begin stripping and extend the fiber to a preset stroke. When the foot pedal is released, the fiber clamping cylinder resets, allowing for prompt removal of the stripped fiber. The heated blade cylinder and stripping and pulling cylinders reset, simultaneously initiating air blast and chip removal, which lasts 1-3 seconds (adjustable interval).
