LC-LC multi-mode dual core fiber jumper (also known as optical fiber connector) refers to that both ends of the optical cable are installed with connector plug, and LC-LC multi-mode dual core optical fiber jumper is used to realize the active connection of optical path. Optical fiber patch cord / cable is similar to coaxial cable, while LC-LC multi-mode dual core fiber patch cord has no mesh shield. At the center is the glass core of light transmission. In multimode fiber, the diameter of the core is 50 μ m ~ 65 μ m, which is roughly the same as the thickness of human hair. The diameter of single-mode fiber core is 8 μ m ~ 10 μ M. The core is surrounded by a glass envelope with a lower refractive index than the core to keep the fiber in the core. On the outside is a thin plastic jacket to protect the envelope.
